Safety

Please do not walk into the road, off campus boundaries, or inside unfamiliar buildings.

Bring sunscreen, reusable water bottles, snacks, take breaks in a shaded area away from the heat, and wear closed-toed shoes.

Do not attempt to move large, dangerous, or hazardous objects. Call the Facilities Service Center to report the obstruction:

Logistics

If utilizing the provided supplies from Sustainable Campus, be sure to confirm a pickup time before the planned event.

The Sustainable Campus office is located inside the building Mendenhall A, 969 Learning Way, Room 110, Tallahassee, FL 32304.

Please ensure you take attendance and count the number of bags of trash collected at the event, and record this information on the attendance sheet. This includes the participants' names, emails, date, and location of pickup.

Place filled trash bags inside of dumpsters, often located behind or adjacent to buildings and labeled "trash only."
Responsibilities

Complete the post-clean-up form to provide details of the event immediately afterwards.

Confirm a return time with Sustainable Campus if supplies were borrowed
